Canadian screen actress known for portraying Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. In 2019, she started starring in CBSs Blood & Treasure. Earthstorm (2006) and The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born to Peter Silk, an academic who hails from Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk who is an actress producer director playwright educator. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. One of Annas earliest memories were of attending play rehearsals, and watching her mother perform. Silk made several commercials when she was a young. She graduated with a Bachelors in Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas produced at the very least two of its early productions, Seven Menus & The Kitchen. In 2009, she married Seth Cooperman. They have two sons named Samuel as well as Levi. In 2009, she was cast in the lead role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. CNN recognized Bo's performance with Lauren in Lost Girl as a same-sex couple as one of their top television couples of all time. E! named them as the most popular Television Couple in 2013.
