Anita Barone

Barone was a part of The Shoes, an episode of the fourth season of Seinfeld as Gail Cunningham, a chef who is looking for Elaine Benes' shoes. The early 1990s saw her was a regular member on Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone played Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife in the initial Friends appearance. Barone left the show when she was seeking a more full-time role she was replaced with Jane Sibbett. Barone was a guest on The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the initial season (from 1995 to 1996), and then on The War at Home in 2005 between 2005 and 2007. Barone costarred as a co-star in Daddio (2000). In 2010 three years after The War at Home ended its run Barone began her recurring role for the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's husband and actor Matthew Glave, guest starred in the role of J.J. Jones in two episodes.
